To improve quality of provided services and to put in place international standards, BESTA implemented ISO Quality System in 2001

 

Quality policy:

 

The main focus of BESTA’s quality policy is permanent striving for perfection and reliability of offered services by means of the following:

 

• high quality of works realization confirmed by Quality Certificate ISO 9001:2015

• thorough recognition of customers’ requirements and expectations

• current analysis of new technologies on account of their usefulness for the purpose of quality improvement

• cooperation with only those suppliers who are reliable and able to meet our requirements

• guaranteeing full responsibility of all employees for the quality offered by the company

• raising employees’ awareness that each of them is responsible for delivered quality

• short realization periods

• permanent improvement of the quality of delivered services according to the established standards

• identification of our customers’ expectations and meeting their needs

• application of procedures enabling recurrence of the realized processes

• improvement of working techniques and raising of professional qualifications of our employees

• specialist technical consulting

 

Quality Policy in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 is familiar to and fully accepted by the employees of BESTA and announced to cooperating companies.
